190 Years. One Name.

Old Terrell isn't a new brand borrowing an old look. It's a Kentucky distillery coming back to the address it left in 1916.

1835

Caleb Terrell starts distilling

On his farm outside Paducah, Caleb Terrell turns his own corn and Kentucky's limestone water into bourbon. What begins as farm distilling builds a following.

1903

Sid Terrell secures DSP-KY-34

Caleb's grandnephew makes it official, founding Old Terrell Distillery and earning one of Kentucky's earliest distilling licenses. The name becomes a respected one.

1916

Fire takes 1,300 barrels

A mailroom fire tears through the distillery, destroying roughly 1,300 barrels of whiskey and $150,000 in property. For 107 years, that was the end of the story.

2023

Logan Davis brings it back

Sid Terrell's great-nephew, born and raised in Paducah, restarts the family name — distilling with corn, wheat and rye grown on his own farm, exactly as Caleb did.

2026

The doors open on Jefferson Street

Construction is underway at 411–417 Jefferson St, the distillery's original home. Terrell Society members are there for all of it — from first pour to first stamp.

The Member Advantage

Reserve Bottles Before They're Released

Every allocated release goes the same way: it drops, it's gone, and you hear about it the next day. Members skip that entirely.

Log into the member portal and claim your bottle from an upcoming release before it ever reaches the public — single barrels, limited runs, distillery-only pours. No refreshing a page at 9 a.m. No driving to three stores. No losing out to a bot.

If you can see it in the portal, you can claim it.

1

A new release is posted to the member portal

2

You claim your bottle from your account

3

It's set aside in your name before the public sees it
